Rooms                     prices (high season room rates): +/- 17 euro per day (depending on the exchange rate of the Thai Bath), including cleaning & changing of the linnen +/- 300 euro (+ electricity & water) per month (cleaning & changing of the linnen costs 200 Bath extra per time)
